Refund policy

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.

 

Returns
We have a 30 day returns policy for items that you have not changed your mind on, but if 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If you find that your new item has a major problem then we can refund or exchange it. 

Some problems may be:

  • It is Unsafe (needs proof)
  • Is significantly different from the sample or description
  • It is Broken (needs proof)

Ensure you keep your proof of purchase (for example your receipt) as this will be required if you wish to so a return or exchange.

 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
